What do I get for free?
Steward Free lets you review bills and subscriptions, including what Steward finds and what it recommends doing about it. Steward Plus is the monthly or annual plan that enables Steward to carry out supported actions and follow the result.
Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of savings?
Public medical-bill advocate prices use several models. Current examples include 10 to 35 percent headline success fees, sometimes with deposits or conditional fee rules, as well as fixed and sliding-scale prices. Steward charges $15/month flat and does not take a cut of your reduction.
Are there per-case fees or caps?
None. While your plan is active, Steward Plus covers supported cancellations, disputes, appeals, and refund requests with no per-case fees, no percentage fees, and no cap on the savings you keep.
Can I cancel Steward Plus?
Yes, any time from your account, effective at the end of the billing period. Steward would be a strange product if it made its own subscription hard to cancel.
