How to Cancel HelloFresh
HelloFresh lets customers cancel from Plan Settings, but timing determines whether the next box still ships. To stop the next scheduled delivery, the request must be completed before HelloFresh’s five-day cutoff.
The current cancellation route
Sign in, open Account Settings from the user menu, choose Plan Settings, and select Cancel Plan under Status. Follow every prompt until the cancellation confirmation appears.

Confirm the next scheduled box and calculate whether the cancellation is still ahead of the cutoff.

Choose Cancel Plan under Status and continue until HelloFresh confirms the cancellation.

Five-day delivery cutoff
HelloFresh says to pause or cancel by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time five days before the next scheduled delivery to stop that box.
An already processed box can still be charged
A request after the cutoff applies to later deliveries; the customer remains responsible for the processed order.
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances. HelloFresh says an approved refund can take 5–10 business days to return to the original payment method.
What counts as done
