SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT THAT FINISHES THE JOB

Find it. Cancel it. Make sure it stays cancelled.

Steward finds recurring charges and price increases, then navigates the cancellation maze for you. You review any fee, deadline, or final action before it happens. Steward saves the confirmation and checks that the charge does not come back.

Read-only discovery. Approval before every cancellation. Evidence when it is done.

FROM RECURRING CHARGE TO VERIFIED RESULT

A manager tells you what you pay. An agent does something about it.

01

Find the recurring charge

Name the service, upload a statement, or connect a read-only account so Steward can find subscriptions and price changes.

02

Choose the right outcome

Keep it, cancel it, downgrade it, pause it, or request a refund. Steward shows deadlines, fees, and the exact action first.

03

Let Steward handle the portal

With your approval, Steward signs in, navigates retention screens, submits the action, and records the receipt.

04

Verify that billing stopped

Steward tracks the effective date and watches for another charge instead of treating a clicked button as a finished job.

THE DIFFERENCE IS THE RECEIPT

“Cancelled” is an outcome, not a button click.

Steward records what it submitted, when the service ends, which account was affected, and what proves the result. If the merchant charges you again, the original cancellation evidence is already attached to the next job.

QUESTIONS

How subscription work happens

Does Steward just show me where to cancel?

No. When a service supports an online account, portal, or chat route, Steward can navigate the route and prepare the cancellation for your approval. After you approve, it completes the action and saves the confirmation. If a company requires an in-person step or something only you can do, Steward gives you the exact handoff and keeps tracking the job.

Do I need to connect a bank account?

No. You can name a subscription or send Steward a statement, receipt, or renewal notice. A read-only bank or card connection is optional and helps Steward find recurring charges, price increases, and charges that continue after cancellation.

Can Steward cancel something without asking me?

No. Steward can investigate and prepare the work, but it asks before signing in and again before an external action such as cancelling, downgrading, or requesting a refund.

How does Steward know the cancellation worked?

It saves the merchant confirmation and effective date, then can watch a connected account for another charge. A cancellation is not marked resolved until there is evidence of the outcome.

Give Steward the subscription you want gone.

Discovery is free. You see the exact action before Steward takes it.
