How to Cancel Netflix
A directly billed Netflix membership can be cancelled from the membership controls in the account. If the cancel option is missing, another company may bill the membership and that payment partner controls the route.
The current cancellation route
Open Manage your membership, choose Cancel, and then Finish Cancellation. Netflix sends a confirmation email. A partner-billed account shows the payment partner in the Membership section.
How to Cancel Netflix: step by step

Sign in to Netflix and open Manage your membership for the active account.
